Directions

Grilled Chuck Steak (Juicy & Flavorful)

Ingredients

  • 2 chuck steaks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp smoked paprika or steak seasoning

Instructions

1. Tenderize & Marinate
If your chuck steak is thick, lightly score it or pound it to break up the muscle fibers.
Mix all marinade ingredients and coat the steak well.
Let it marinate for at least 2–4 hours (overnight is even better).

2. Preheat the Grill
Get your grill nice and hot (medium-high heat). You want a good sear.

3. Grill Hot & Fast
Remove steak from marinade and let excess drip off.
Grill for about:

  • 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare
  • Adjust depending on thickness

4. Rest is Key
Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
